Best Research Paper Award (PIJST.COM)
The Best Research Paper Award is in recognition of the importance of published research papers in developing and disseminating knowledge for the benefit of current and future practice. The Award aims to celebrate individual’s excellence in research.
The Editorial Board has decided to give a special award to the author(s) of the best paper of each issue and volume published in PIJST. The best paper of an issue will be chosen by the Editorial Board based on the reviewers’ recommendations and feedback.

In selecting the winner, the editors ambitions to combine perspectives of professionalism and organization, and take into consideration the technical quality of the paper, the contribution to theory, and the empirical significance of the paper’s findings. They will also consider such factors as innovation, significance to the research community, impact, and the clarity of presentation.
review standards:
- The paper is scientifically or technically new, innovative or is a constructive review.
- Clear presentation in writing, organization, graphics, and format, and has professional integrity.
- Presentation of industrial and practical application.
- The research paper has long-term value for future researchers.
- The paper provides an important critical and/or analytical insight that contributes something new to the field of higher education studies.
Important Points:
- Certificate of appreciation for all the authors.
- Research papers are authored by not more than Three individuals.
- No individual can submit more than one research paper per issue.
- Clearly stated aims and objectives.
- Critical analysis of previous work.
- Convincing critical arguments and findings.
- Clear conclusions and recommendations for future work.
- The decision of selection committee is final and no comments are entertained regarding the awardee.
